Our Process

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

On receipt of your order, we will prepare your plant to be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday. These preparations depend on the plant. For example, most plants are shipped bare root, but some plants are shipped without leaves. This will be specified in the listing.

During busy launches there may be a delay in shipping your order. If we reach Wednesday and your order has not been dispatched, it will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday the following week.

Depending on your location, we may need to contact you via email to ascertain your phone number. This is because some couriers require this information to send shipping updates.

You can provide your phone number during the checkout process.

SHIPPING

During its time in transit, plants receive no light, may be subjected to temperature fluctuations, and may not be handled with the utmost care. To give your plant the best start, we try to reduce transit time by shipping on Mondays and Tuesdays only. We also suspend the plant in a protective layer of air bags within the box.
 
 

AFTERCARE

Generally, we recommend that you let your plant get acclimated to its new environment before planting. This can take between 3-4 days to a week.

Repotting the plant on arrival is not recommended.
