Returns
It’s important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason please let us know.
Our general return guidelines are as follows:

• You can return a purchase for up to 14 days for a full refund. All items must be in their original state.
• We recommend using a Recorded or Special Delivery service as we will not be able to refund items lost in the post. Please retain your proof of postage as this lists your Track and Trace reference.
• Unless it’s our fault, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
