How & Where We Store Your Personal Data
Where you provide us with data online it is stored securely by NamesCo Ltd. NamesCo is the provider of our website hosting, content management system and e-commerce platform. NamesCo Ltd. are compliant with the general data protection regulation (GDPR).
We take the security of your personal data very seriously. In particular we ensure that appropriate security measures are in place to protect your personal data.
Changes To This Policy
We ship all orders on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid extended transit times for the plants. During huge restock events, your order may be delayed or dispatched on a different day.
Please also note, that if a customer contacts us and asks us to combine orders – those orders will be subject to a delay as they require additional administration.
We ship via DPD for UK delivery. Delivery will usually take no more than 1-2 working days.
We ship via DPD for EU delivery. Delivery will usually take no more than 3-4 working days.
We plan to open shipping to countries outside of the EU (such as USA) in 2020. So far shipping and Phytosanitary trials have been successful.
We will provide you with an update as soon as we know when our launch date is.
We guarantee our plants for a period of 10 days after delivery, providing the plants have not been removed from the original pot and substrate.
There should be no root disturbance or any cutting of the plant for a minimum of 10 days after receipt.
Failure to adhere to this process will render our guarantee null and void.
If you are unhappy with your order we kindly ask that you contact us at [email protected] and provide images of the plant within 10
days of delivery.
You will be required to ship the plant in the original substrate and pot back to us for a full refund including return shipping.
We reserve the right to determine the appropriateness of care before authorising a return and/or refund.
Some of your plants may be planted in Leca (Light Expanded Clay Aggregate). This is a hydroponic growing medium and an alternative substrate to potting mix. This requires the pot to be submerged partially in water.
Please remove the wrapping from the pot and do not disturb the plant. Place the pot into a container (e.g a bowl) and maintain a water level of ⅓ to ½ of the height of the pot. This will ensure that the roots of the plant are submerged in water.
Leave the plant for 10 days, ensuring that the water level does not drop lower than ⅓ of the pot.
After a period of 10 days, you may replant in an alternative substrate, or keep the plant in leca if you wish.
Please note that if you remove the plant from the pot within our 10-day guarantee period and you encounter issues with the plant, this will void our guarantee.
